Professor of  labour law, graduate of law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, attorney at law, head of the Department of Labor Law of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Vice-Chair of the Codification Commission on Labor Law. Advisor to the President of the Employers of Poland for labor law. She is a member of Problem Teams in the Social Dialogue Board. She participates in the work of the parliament committees of labor law and labor market legislation. Author of monographs, comments and many of articles in the field of labor law. In the "Gazeta Prawna" ranking recognized as one of the 50 most influential lawyers in Poland. She is a legal consultant for many leading companies, including energy and service industries.
