Maciej Andrzej Libiszewski

Maciej Libiszewski has a university degree in law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and from the Polish-German School of Finance, Management and Marketing. He passed the exam for members of supervisory boards of companies held by the State Treasury.

He has experience with work on high managerial positions and a confirmed ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and complex projects. As an accomplished negotiator, he has often reached agreements resolving disputes with social partners. He has drafted multiple restructuring and optimization plans concerning the financial aspects of companies’ functioning. He ran his own business until he proceeded to work for various transport-related companies. He has been appointed member of numerous supervisory boards and management boards of companies held by the state, local governments or private owners (for example, he was a member of the PKP CARGO S.A. supervisory board and management board from 2005 to 2008). He has been involved in the transport sector since 2001. He is competent in English, French, German and Russian.
