A graduate in Law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, where he also completed postgraduate studies in Taxation. He is a legal adviser and has devoted most of his professional career to working in this field, in Trojmiasto's law offices. He is also familiar with issues connected with the transport and logistics industry, as for several years, he provided advisory and consulting services and was a member of Supervisory Boards of logistics companies such as ATC Cargo and Loconi Intermodal, dealing with supply chain management, as well as sea, rail, road, and intermodal transport. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Gasten company - a handling operator at the Port of Gdynia. Since May 2016 – he holds a position of Chief Executive Office in the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A.
