Engineer, entrepreneur, manager. With over 30 years of experience in automotive industry. Worked in executive capacity in international corporations such as General Motors (USA) and Delphi Europe as well in family owned businesses Borg Automotive and FA Krosno. In 1994 – 2002 as Country Director coordinated growth of an American automotive corporation Delphi in Poland. In 1994 he was the first Delphi employee, in 2002 Delphi had 6 factories, Technical Center in Krakow and over 6000 employees. In 2002 Delphi received President of Poland award for the best foreign investor. In 2002 – 2004 as Operations Director was responsible for 8 factories in Northern Europe. Since 2006, he is the President and co-owner of a Polish automotive company FA Krosno; the third in Europe gas spring manufacturer. In 1980 – 1982 he was involved in a democratic opposition to the communist regime in Poland organizing Solidarity movement in the region of Śląsko-Dąbrowski becoming its first Chairman.
