Karol Bowżyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Administration at the Maritime University of Gdynia and postgraduate studies in foreign trade at the University of Gdansk. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the port of Gdańsk on managerial positions in port-shipping companies (Head of Transshipment Division, Operations Director, Commercial Director). He was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of PPSU "WOC" and GTK SA. In the years 2009-2016 he was the Member of the Management Board for exploitation at the Port of Gdansk Cargo SA. Karol Bowżyk has wide experience in managing the operational sphere and has been responsible for commercial policy, which contributed to acquiring knowledge about the rules of operation of the port terminals.
