Joanna Maćkowiak Pandera, is the head of Forum for Energy, Warsaw based energy think tank. Last years she worked as the senior associate at Agora Energiewende and the director of the department for market development and a managing board member of the Danish Dong Energy in Warsaw. For 4 years in the Ministry of Environment  - during the Polish EU presidency in 2011 as undersecretary of state in charge among others of international climate negotiations and European negotiations of several directives. Co – author of different state strategies, publications and concepts related with the energy topic. She was an employee of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Potsdam University. A scholarship holder of the Nowicki Foundation, DBU, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the German Marshall Fund, Erasmus. PhD on impact assessment of investment projects and good practice transfer between Germany and Poland.
