Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the Wrocław University (2009) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Spain (2013).

Jakub Dzik began his professional career in 2007 in lawyer’s office. He holds a position of the Chairman of the Management Board in Mobile Technology Sp. z o.o. He has been related with the Impel Group, the leader in outsourcing services in Polish market, since 2009; firstly as Legal Specialist in the Legal Office, then in the Operational Office and currently as a General Manager who is responsible for the branch of Digital Services & Business Process Outsourcing.

In 2009-2013 he was a Member of Impel S.A. Supervisory Board. In 2013 he was appointed to the position of Vice-president of the Management Board in Impel Security Polska Sp. z o.o. He has been representing Impel S.A. as the Vice-president of the Management Board since April 2016.

Additionally, Jakub Dzik holds the position of Vice-president of Polish Association of Employers “Ochrona” and Vice-president of Polish Entrepreneurs Federation. He has been on the Supervisory Board of Vantage Development S.A and is the Manager of the Supervisory Borad of Gwarant Agencja Ochrony S.A.
