Graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Founder and main shareholder of Impel S.A. In 1999 - 2004 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Impel S.A. Since 5 January 2004 Grzegorz Dzik has been the President of the Management Board. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Vantage Development S.A., TIM S.A. and Climbex S.A.
He is actively involved in economic circles. In 1998 - 2012 he was the President and since September 2012 he has held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Western Chamber of Commerce, organization that associates the Lower Silesia Entrepreneurs and is founder of the Lower Silesia Gryf Economic Prize. In 2002 - 2005 Grzegorz Dzik was Vice-president of the Confederation of Polish Employers. As a Chairman of the Confederation of Lower Silesia Employers he joined the Board of Council of the Employers of Poland and since 30th June 2016 was appointed to be the Vice-president of the Employers of Poland.
Grzegorz Dzik has been involved in social and charity actions for many years. He has been the Chairman of the Board of the “Saving Children with Cancer” Foundation, in the activity of which he has been involved since 1998. Grzegorz Dzik was initiator for the construction of the cancer clinic - “Cape for Hope”. In 2000 he became the Member of the Social Council of the Academic Clinical Hospital in Wroclaw. In 2003 he was appointed by Jan Nowak-Jeziorański to be the Council Member of the Eastern Europe College. Honorary Consul of Ukraine since 2009 and Chairman of the Council of the “Młoda Gwardia” Foundation since 2012. Laureate of many prestigious awards and honors.
