Dariusz Słaboszewski, born in 1964. Graduated from the Faculty of Navigation, Maritime Academy of Szczecin. Post-graduate studies at the European Higher School of Law and Administration and the Higher School of Management.

In the 1990s, worked as the deck officer for PPDiUR ODRA ŚWINOUJŚCIE as well as on board of commercial ships with foreign operators. Later, he ran his own business, which included management of other entities. Since 2007, linked with Żegluga Szczecińska (Szczecin Shipping), initially as the receiver and then the President of Board and the General Director. President of Board at the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority since March 2016.
