Dariusz Prończuk is a Managing Partner of Enterprise Investors (EI) and Board member of several companies from the EI portfolio. Dariusz has over 28 years of private equity, corporate finance and industry experience in the CEE region. Since joining Enterprise Investors in 1993, he has made more than 20 investments in Poland and in all the major CEE countries, primarily in the financial services, IT, construction materials and FMCG sectors. Key among them have been investments in Lukas, Comp Rzeszów (now Asseco Poland), COMP, Magellan, Kruk, and AVG.
