Ing. Hlavatý was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMR in June 2009. Since 2009 he has been performing the role of CEO of TMR, in which TMR underwent successful revitalization and commenced to utilize synergies among its subsidiaries. He managed a successful issue of TMR stock on the Bratislava Stock Exchange. Since 2006 he had held numerous senior manager positions in the hotel and tourism industry in the High and Low Tatras. From 2006 to 2008 he served as the general manager of JASNÁ Nízke Tatry (predecessor of TMR) and as the general manager of Tatras Cableways. Prior to that he held top management roles in Slovak, Polish, and Czech FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies:

·       Vodní sklo Brno – Vice Chairman of the Executive Board (2003 – 2006)

·       Wyborova SA (Pernod Ricard Poland) – Sales Director (2001 – 2003)

·       Seagram Poland – Sales Director (1999 – 2001)

·       Seagram Slovakia – Sales Director (1995 – 1999)

·       BOBI Slovakia (since 1997 Kimberley Clark) – Director (1994 – 1995)
