Education: the Silesian University of Technology; MBA at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). For the last 24 years he has been involved professionally in self-government of Katowice City; in turn as a city guard, the deputy commissioner and commissioner of Municipal Police, director of the Crisis Management Centre and director of Management & Organization Department.
