Born 24th October 1969 in Bartoszyce, politician and political scientist, Member of Polish Parliament. In 1995 he graduated political science on Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna in Olsztyn. In 1990 – 1994 he was a member of city cuoncil in Bartoszyce, since 1992 he has been a chairman of city council. He worked as a jornalist and a teacher of social sciences. In years 2001 and 2002 he was a procurator of province governor in Warmińsko – Mazurskie. Later he worked in trade. He led the Office of Analysis Polish – Russian Borderland, in 2004 he became an expert in Sobieski Institute. In 2015 he candidate do Polish Parliament in Olsztyn constituency from Ruch Kukiza'15 group. He obtained a elected deputy  8th   cadency of Polish Parliament. He gain 7899 votes.
