Grzegorz Makowski, PhD – sociologist, head of the Public Integrity Program at the Stefan Batory Foundation (Warsaw, Poland) and assistant professor at the Collegium Civitas (Warsaw, Poland). Between 2003 and 2013 senior analyst and head of the Civil Society Program at the Institute of Public Affairs. For many year he was involved in the Project KOMPAS focused on building of friendly legal and institutional environment for the Polish civil society organizations. Author and editor of many articles, research reports and books on civil society, good governance and corruption.
