With Synthos S.A. associated since 2006, initially as a consultant, in 2009-2011 he was the Chairman of the Synthos S.A. Supervisory Board of the sixth term. From 13 May 2011, the President of the Synthos S.A. Management Board. Mr. Tomasz Kalwat is a lawyer. He graduated from Warsaw University Faculty of Law, School of Economics in Warsaw - Banking and Finance and University of Ottawa. He is a recipient of the Edward Berry McDougall Scholarship. In 2001-2006, he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law University of Warsaw. His career path includes employment among others at Baker&McKenzie (2004-2006).
